**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Use growth hacking techniques to identify scalable marketing channels and opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
- Generate innovative ideas to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with content, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and automation technologies.
- Manage and optimize SEO, social media, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and industry trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, growth hacking, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or viral marketing campaigns.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and AI-driven marketing strategies.
- Ability to think outside the box and execute creative, high-impact campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, storytelling, and branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
