We are seeking a skilled and experienced Safety Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Safety Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of operations at our projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety assessments, and ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations. The role requires significant expertise in safety management systems and proactive identification of hazards to mitigate risks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and protocols to ensure the health and safety of all employees and contractors.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Provide safety training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.

Identify potential hazards in the workplace and implement effective safety solutions.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.

Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies regarding safety regulations and compliance.

Ensure safety standards and policies align with both local and international regulations.

Prepare safety documentation, risk assessments, and reports for senior management.

Monitor and evaluate safety performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum of 6 years of experience in safety engineering, preferably in energy, industrial, or construction sectors.**

**Must have previous experience working on Aramco projects.**

Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering, Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certifications are mandatory.

Proven experience in managing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with international safety standards.

Excellent understanding of risk assessment and safety management systems.

Strong communication skills with the ability to train, report, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and make critical safety decisions under pressure.

**Additional Information**:
**The position requires traveling and working in Riyadh for 1 year as part of the role.**
