**What You'll Be Doing as a Graphic Designer**:
As our Graphic Designer, you will work closely with marketing, localisation, and project management teams to develop engaging visual assets for digital and print. You’ll transform briefs into innovative designs, ensuring every project aligns with our brand and client expectations. Your contributions will help elevate our visual identity across global markets.

**Key Graphic Design Responsibilities**:

- Design eye-catching graphics and layouts for web, social media, presentations, print materials, and localisation projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all visual outputs.
- Adjust and localise graphics for various languages, formats, and cultural contexts as required.
- Maintain and update design assets, style guides, and templates.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign ideation.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently and maintain clear communication throughout project cycles.

**Requirements for the Graphic Designer Role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- +3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent visual communication skills.
- An inclusive mindset and ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with localisation or multilingual design is an advantage, but not required.
