You will work with world-class technology veterans from MIT, Intel, and General Motors to build a venture with transformative potential.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Shift EV’s Charging Lead, you will join the commercial team on defining, developing, productizing an deploying EV charging solutions for our fleet customers. You will own the EV charging installation, directly and through partners, and overall EV fleet customer success. Specifically, you will:
- Own customer site inspection to ensure charging and EV fleet deployment readiness.
- Work with the Shift EV engineering and product teams as well as external partners on developing, productizing and deploying customer-centric charging solutions.
- Lead charging infrastructure projects from site inspection, solution design and system deployment at customer sites, including working with consultants, vendors and installers.
- Onboard customer operators on safe and effective chargers operations, through on-site training and onboarding material.
- Manage periodical maintenance to the sites and address operational and technical issues promptly.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor degree or more in electrical engineering.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate with third party partners.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills, with the ability to adapt to various situations and audiences as needed.
- Customer-centric attitude with robust problem-solving skills.
- Direct experience deploying EV charging infrastructure.
