Position Summary: Spectro Systems, a trailblazer in the IoT sector, is on the lookout for an R&D Embedded Systems Engineering Manager. This role is crucial for leading our dedicated team in the development of embedded systems that are the backbone of our innovative IoT solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the R&D embedded systems engineering team, setting strategic direction and technical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate embedded systems with cloud services and user interfaces.
Drive innovation in embedded systems design to enhance performance, scalability, and security.
Manage the full lifecycle of embedded system development from concept to deployment.
Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in embedded systems design and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficient in embedded C/C++, real-time operating systems, and microcontroller architectures.
Experience with IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP) and networking.
Strong understanding of hardware-software integration and system-level testing.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects and deliver results.
