**ROLE SUMMARY**
This role will manage a team and have responsibility for the delivery of defined FSSC processes covering: accounting, reporting, financial controls, tax and law compliance, and effective month-end closing, and will be the key point of contact for the internal and external audits. This role will also perform the Group consolidation and all related sub-consolidations, including preparation of assigned Group and entity statutory Financial Statements.

**ROLE PROFILE**
- Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of consolidation for the Group subsidiaries and all related sub-consolidations quarterly.
- Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of the preparation of statutory financial statements for all +40 standalone legal entities and consolidated sub-business for the group
- Escalate accounting issues to R2R Tower Lead for 1st point of contact for resolution
- Provide technical IFRS support to the business on all financial accounting matters.
- Lead any process changes or new process implementation within the reporting function.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, taxation, and Internal control requirements, including regulatory compliance for setting up business in new territories
- First point of contact for external and internal audit reviews.
- Be the key point of contact with Finance BUs’ on reporting & FS’s. Attend monthly reviews with BU as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is a must
- Holding an international certificate in accounting (CMA, CPA, ACCA, IFRSDIP)
- Minimum 10 years experience in GL and Statutory Accounting
- Holding an international certificate in accounting (CMA, CPA, ACCA, IFRSDIP)
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Good written and oral communication skills - Fluent English
