Position Summary:
Receptionist is the image of us the first line of communication in our clinic

Essential Job Functions:
**Customer Service Duties**
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice according to our protocol and training
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Collect date from the patient and Assist patients to fill out information forms.
- Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing

**Administrative duties**
- Receiving and Calls referring doctors, patients
- follow Stock level
- communicate with lab, and follow their work

**Accounting Duties**
- Record accounting daily activities
- Updates billing system and Invoices

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related file
- Proven experience working in a dental Clinic (preferably)
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Presentation and selling skills
- Proficient with using computer systems and typing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- English Speaking
- Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
