**Responsibilities**

**Financial Reporting**
- Manage the credit requests for Direct & CRs channels across nationwide
- Manage the monthly closing tasks.
- Ensure the accurancy of analysis of Bad Debts and legal status
- provide the Month end accruals entries.
- Review the CRs credit calculation.
- Manage and review the credit utilization and agree on action plan with RSMs.
- Review the credit study as per market mechanics ( Price increase etc.) and ensure appropriate approvals

**Performance Management reviews**
- Manage the Commercial field finance team
- Manage that all DCs are closed on daily basis
- Manage the MEM execution.
- Business partner, Identifying all inherent risk.

**Audit & Compliance**
- Manage the COSO process across nation wide.
- Conduct DCs visits on a Monthly bases.
- Work closely with the Legal and Sales team.

**Planning and Forecasting**
- Partner with sales team and planning finance to develop and track financial matrics and validate assumption for D&A projects to ensure tangible savings are delivered to P&L.

**Special Projects**
- Identify scope for process improvements and interventions from time to time to achieve process simplification / better controls / process standardization / accounting / outsourcing.
- Lead & partner with BIS to implement system enhancements of HH.

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years’ experience in commercial with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience
- Leadership experience and capability. Solid understanding of business levers.
- Go-To-Person on Performance Metrics, Productivity Process and Best Practices around Metrics.
- Change management experience coupled with good analytical abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and across multiple cultures
- Strong internal and external communicator, influencer, and negotiator.
- Ability to set and priorities short, mid and long term objectives.
