**Envision Employment Solutions **is currently on the look for a
**Product Manager **for one of our partners, a FinTech company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as an evangelist for the development team and customers, educating them about the product roadmap and vision.
- Listening to the internal stakeholders and external customers and translating their needs into smart and prioritized deliverables.
- Prioritize development work based on the product roadmap Break down features into valuable stories.
- Do Impact analysis on features based on your excellent understanding of the system features and architecture.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team for writing testing scenarios and automation coverage.
- Design API first features putting the state of the art API design specifications to deliver integrators an easy and straightforward integration experience.
- Working closely with the UI/UX for product features prototyping and delivering ready to develop stories UI and deliver a seamless user experience for our customers.
- Regularly communicate with customers (with support from the Product Manager) and internal stakeholders to get feedback on their wants and needs.
- Managing the product backlog Feature themes, epics, and labels.
- Make sure that release and sprint goals are achieved and manage delivery expectations and mitigate delivery risks.
- Conduct story mapping, release planning, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, sprint reviews, and retrospectives meetings follow up.
- Onboard operation teams and give them an excellent understanding of the new features and assist in technical and commercial documentation.
- Spike technical documentation and have a full understanding of the 3rd party vendors capabilities.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
