- We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire CTC process with expertise in managing a team of AP analysts. We need someone with strong operational knowledge & proven track record of running high performing teams in AP._
- In this role, you will be expected to work to strict deadlines in a business environment._
- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to AP domain_
- _Own the end-to-end F&A process with minimum supervision_
- _Execution of internal controls in accordance with clients_
- _Manage Client and Process independently and with minimum supervision_
- _Should be able to speak to the clients to discuss the input and resolve any queries for disputes_
- _Reporting - Monthly / Weekly / Daily and Dashboard preparation, review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times_
- _Actively manage the business continuity plans for the process_
- _Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work, through prioritization of team tasks_
- _Continuous coaching and developing Assistant Managers & Management Trainees: hire, assess, and document performance_
- _Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload_
- _Team management & negotiation skills. Must have a Problem-solving attitude_
- _Lookout for automation opportunities to bring efficiency, analytical mindset to identify QPA/RPA opportunities and work with LDT team for implementation_
- _Confirm that proper escalation procedures are followed according to established business practices_
- _Should be able to communicate effectively with team and management and identify issues and concerns that may affect the performance of the job and communicate the same to leadership_
- _Understanding and Reporting of Service Level Agreement_
- _Deliver the required data for audit purposes_
- _Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics through Six Sigma methodologies_
- _Participate in governance meetings at country / region level; Closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members properly to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards_
- _Making the accounting process controls established through the internal policies_
- _Participate in any compliance audits and respond to audit queries_
- _Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected_
- _Daily usage of client’s tools for the assigned activities_
- _Daily Quality Check for the matching which team has matched_
- _Updating FLM Cockpit daily_
- _Awareness/understanding of industry best practices and industry benchmarking. To create the vision from as is state to improved state for process_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Required_
- _Prior work experience - Manager experience_
- _Excellent Leadership skills. Demonstrated experience in resource management, team performance management, recruitment and training_
- _Proficient in using the MS Office package especially with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook_
- _Excellent communication, presentation skills, client management skills_
- _Relevant AP domain experience_
- _Language level: Arabic C2, English C1_
- _Ability to help team members in problem area_
- _Decision taking ability under tight deadlines_
- _Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and to meet targets and deadlines on time_
