**Job Overview**:
**What will you do**:
1. **Demand Planning**
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to align forecast assumptions and business plans.

2. **Inventory Management**
- Develop inventory strategies to balance service levels, working capital, and supply chain costs.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels across the network to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

3. **Supply Chain Optimization**
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Utilize advanced planning tools and analytics to support decision-making and scenario modeling.

4. **Risk Management**
- Proactively assess risks related to supply or demand volatility, supplier performance, and external disruptions.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate operational risks.

5. **Vendor & Supplier Management**
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners.
- Negotiate favorable terms, lead time reductions, and service level agreements.

6. **Performance Monitoring & Analysis**
- Define and track key supply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turnover, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full).
- Generate reports and dashboards to support cross-functional visibility and accountability.

7. **Continuous Improvement**
- Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at process improvement and operational excellence.

8. **Technology Enablement**
- Leverage supply chain management systems (e.g. ERP, APS, WMS) to improve planning accuracy and responsiveness.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and automation within planning and fulfillment functions.

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and planning tools (e.g. SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain risk management and continuous improvement frameworks is a plus.
