Presentation and Graphics Associate Manager

Overview:
Leading a team of 4 - 6 resources for Presentation and Graphics Support capability. Working with AMESA Foods and Beverages marketing team on day-to-day basis with MENA being in focus.

Project / Design Quality / Capacity / Workflow /Stakeholder Management of the team, working with the CME Lead, Brand Teams, to deliver presentations, newsletters, videos and graphic needs. Enable the team to deliver the high end design quality in the most efficient way.

Communicate/Collaborate with CME Creative Lead to identify and work on adaptations scopes across the sector to create efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate & Collaborate with AMESA marketing/insights team on Project briefing & scoping.
- Quality Check of deliverables and make sure the team delivers as per expectations, and value add wherever possible.
- Work from briefing to completion on a multitude of projects simultaneously, managing your own time, and delivering pixel perfect files.
- Ensure solid tracking of **stakeholders satisfaction** on speed and quality to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing optimization of the capability service quality as needed
- Work on **enhancing the stakeholders experience** while engaging with the capability
- ** Senior stakeholder management** to be within direct supervision ensuring quality, timely and eloquent delivery and ways of communication.
- Lead the work on **critical requests** as needed
- Full management of **any future team expansion** plans
- Full accountability on the **capability performance** in AMESA
- Directly work with line manager to understand and prioritise individual agenda/workload
- Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users
- Consistently provide the business with the **capability performance review** highlighting key KPIs, achievements,etc.
- Input to and evolve communication processes (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)
- Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user/stakeholder feedback
- Manage **stakeholder escalations **and deliver solid action plans to overcome issues and challenges
- ** Team performance governance**, ensuring solid and consistent tracking of team performance highlighting key KPIs (ex:

- Delivery time, quality, utilization, productivityetc.), challenges and opportunities
- ** Team growth and development**, work on team capability building to deliver stronger, faster and better quality of work to
- stakeholders (ex: Video Editing, Advanced presentation skills,etc.)
- Deliver a seamless **workflow management** ways of working that ensure effective prioritization of work, capacity management and quality control
- Develop internal knowledge of PepsiCo business, brands, ways of working and stakeholder requirements
- Build and maintain a **strong positive reputation for the capability** within AMESA markets
- Strong **leadership and management **of the service delivery team
- Ensure **archiving all material created by the team** for future reference and usage
- Identify and Roll out best practices to drive creative excellence and efficiencies

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of Team leading experience, either in-house or at a renowned creative agency
- Subject matter expert in creative aspects, presentation quality and video knowledge to value add to the business, deliver as per expectations and mentor the internal team.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere & After Effects
- Executive maturity, collaborative, able to confidently provide guidance to PepsiCo employees at all levels, including executives
- Customer service, team-player mindset but able to say no to ensure key priorities and deadlines are met
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods / Food industry an asset
- Able to influence without direct authority - provide counsel that may conflict with a POV
- Project Management - Able to manage an extremely heavy workload with challenging and often conflicting
