Description de poste - Agent d'approvisionnement
- Réaliser la préqualification des fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
- Travailler avec le client interne pour préparer et émettre les bons de commande.
- Effectuer des vérifications de conformité des fournisseurs et consultants.
- Fournir un soutien en approvisionnement à l'équipe projet de la préparation des RFT jusqu'à la clôture des contrats.
- Émettre des appels d'offres conformément aux procédures d'approvisionnement d’AtkinsRéalis et aux meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
- Analyser les offres en collaboration avec les parties prenantes et fournir des rapports de recommandation à la direction de projet d’AtkinsRéalis.
- Préparer des bons de commande et des accords sur la base de conditions standard.
- Recevoir, valider et traiter les factures en utilisant notre ERP et système de facturation.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers de travaux et produire des rapports selon les besoins.
- Aider les contrôles de projet et AP avec les provisions et les paiements aux fournisseurs.
- Autres tâches qui peuvent être déléguées ou requises de temps en temps sous la direction du directeur des achats.

**Qu'apporterez-vous ?**
- Un minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience pratique dans un rôle similaire est requis.
- Une expérience de travail dans l'industrie de la construction et/ou des services d'ingénierie serait un grand avantage.
- Une expérience dans la préparation et l'émission de la documentation d'approvisionnement est requise.
- Une expérience avec le système d'approvisionnement (système d'appels d'offres, ERP, VMS) est requise.
- De bonnes compétences en communication en anglais et en français (niveau DELF B2 minimum), à l'oral et à l'écrit, sont requises.
- Capable de travailler sur plusieurs projets en même temps et de multitâches.
- Un joueur d'équipe dévoué avec des compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles.
- Maîtrise de l'informatique dans Microsoft Office.
- Grande attention aux détails.
