We are building a better world of wellbeing and a better you. **Your Role** - Maintain accurate and complete accounting records. - Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. - Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts. - Participate in month-end close process and generate financial statements. - Prepare and analyze account reconciliations. - Prepare and review Actual Vs Forecasts. - Respond to and review financial inquiries from internal and external customers. - Research and resolve complex accounting issues. - Assist with the implementation of new accounting systems, processes, and procedures. - Compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations - Handle all accounts payable for IC and vendors. - Processing due invoices for payments - Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges - Processing transactions, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts - Prepare and follow up the AP aging report. - Prepare and reconcile the monthly accruals. **Skills and Experience** - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - 4-5 years Relevant Experience in Accounting - Preferred CMA holder - Demonstrated strong written, presentation, and communications skills in English and ability to synthesize and present information effectively and tailored to different audiences. - Excellent business judgment and problem-solving skills to identify issues, present creative, practical solutions, and make and commit to sound decisions, anticipating short and long term implications. - High degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with different kind of stakeholders. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English **Excited about the Role?
