Job description
- **Call provided leads and qualify the seller's property to sell through our program**:

- Follow up with leads on the proper follow update shown in CRM.
- Be able to evaluate land using our softwares provided.
- Successfully overcome objections
- Close the purchase over the phone
- This is a sales position and sales experience is required
- All training and scripts are provided, but must already have the foundation of a sales agent
- Working online using our CRM and resources
- BONUS IS OFFERED

**Requirements**:

- 1 Year of real estate sales experience
- Fluent in English
- Working remotely with a noise free environment
- Good knowledge on how to use a CRM software
- Eager to listen and learn
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Have a positive and hungry attitude
- Ready to win and grow with us

**About Our Company**:
LandTRUST USA is a land flipping company. We work directly with sellers that are interested in selling their land across the southern and western US. We work very closely with our sales team with multiple meetings weekly to ensure everyone on our team is set up for success to grow with us and treat everyone on our team as family. We are looking for like minded individuals that want to work in an exciting environment and grow together

**Salary**: E£18,000.00 - E£27,000.00 per month
