**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Food Protection Specialist who will contribute to field Aseptic Performance.
Handle escalated food safety and quality related issues and drive the improvement of quality operations of systems/equipment's and Good Manufacturing Practices.
They will be part of group of Food Protection specialists supporting customers in Egypt market & IMEA area.
This position is a local contract based in Egypt Cairo.
**What you will do**:
- Provide Aseptic Performance advice, guidance and expertise to customers and colleagues to ensure that the customer consistently achieves and improve agreed endproduct quality levels
- Proactively develop own competence in Aseptic Performance and assist/support to initiate and maintain Aseptic Performance in local markets
- Lead Aseptic Performance data collection and contribute to cluster implementation of Aseptic Performance Services
- Lead and conduct resolution of Aseptic Performance issues
- Collect systematic feedback from field and deliver it to CE development
- Support installation project manager with product/quality/hygiene specific expertise
- Support KAM team in Business Opportunity analysis and Build and maintain technical network on cluster and global level
- Training TP and customer staff on Aseptic Performance.
- Document field activities on Aseptic Performance on time and with quality.
- Drive Quality Culture.
- Participate in NPI, PD and PLC activities.
- Support and participate in food safety risk assesment
**We believe you have**:
- University bachelor's in engineering on Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Process or Food Engineering, Food Technologists, Biochemists, Microbiology
- Attitude or proven experience with customer relationship management, service work, technical and commercial discussions/negotiations, laboratory practices.
- Good leadership and soft skills.
- Building ability to mentor and coach peers. Building ability to deliver services in the area of food safety and quality
- Example of previous position: Food Technologist, FSE with certification, Development engineer, other specialist function.
