- to mid-sized teams of testers, coordinating work against schedules and providing guidance and direction as needed Experience working directly with clients, providing them with guidance and status, understanding their regulatory/validation requirements, and rendering prompt responses Experience working with query, configuration management and defect tracking tools used throughout the testing team Experience working with software product testing and applicable regulatory statutes Other Qualifications Good organization, people management and time management skills Good analytical and problem solving skills Good personal computer and business solutions software skills Good communication skills to interact and present findings to team members, customers, management and support personnel Good planning skills Ability to complete assigned responsibilities independently on time and within a fixed budget with moderate technical support Willingness to travel Work Environment Office environment May require evening or weekend work
