As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the operations team, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to company standards. You will collaborate with management to optimize processes, implement new strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the operations team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and quality.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives and resolve operational issues.
- Manage inventory, resources, and schedules to maintain workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports on operational performance, including KPIs and targets.
- Identify areas for process improvements and suggest solutions to increase productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with operations management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
