This role would be based in our Cairo office and work with clients & influencers across the MENA region with a focus on the GCC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, research, and onboard influencers suitable for client campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with influencers, briefing them on campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate all aspects of influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and post-campaign analysis, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Monitor and analyse influencer performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with influencers, nurturing long-term partnerships built on trust and mutual respect, while also expanding the influencer network.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience with influencer management.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with influencers and other partners.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
