The Service Engineer is primarily responsible for delivering technical services related to the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support of company products and systems. The role ensures timely project execution, resolves on-site technical issues, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and supports the full project lifecycle from delivery to invoicing and collection. The Service Engineer also contributes to team development by guiding junior staff and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Manage day-to-day activities with concerned parties (Sales, Operation Manager, PMO, Purchasing, Finance, Vendor, and Customer) to ensure efficient project implementation on time, within approved specifications, and allocated budget.
- Resolve immediate problems within defined authority or escalate to the Operation Manager and General Manager when unresolved, ensuring no impact on project delivery timelines.
- Communicate all required project purchases to the Order Processing Department and provide technical assistance for accurate ordering of project supplies.
- Follow up on project execution through all stages until finalization, including invoicing and collection.
- Prepare and submit weekly activity/progress reports and time sheets to the Operation Manager.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with proven capability to convey complex technical and non-technical information clearly and accurately.

**Technical Skills**:

- Setup and configure equipment on-site.Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Interpret manuals and create service reports. Provide customer support and train end users.
