Are you a data enthusiast with a strong background in healthcare operations and a passion for leading analytics? **#Aumet** is looking for a dynamic Data Operations Team Lead to oversee our data processes for distributors and pharmacies, manage critical data migration projects, and collaborate with product managers to generate actionable insights all in an onsite role based in Egypt or Jordan

**What Youll Do**:

- **
Lead & Inspire: Manage**, mentor, and grow a talented team of data professionals.
- ** Data Operations**: Oversee end-to-end data operations for our distributors and pharmacies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- ** Data Migration**: Manage and execute complex data migration projects with precision.
- ** Analytics Leadership**: Develop, build, and refine SQL-based reports that drive decision-making.
- ** Cross-functional collaboration**: Work closely with product managers and other teams to shape our data strategy and generate actionable insights.
- ** Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and enforce robust data governance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- ** Educational Background**:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (Advanced degree is a plus).
- ** Experience**:

- ** Technical Skills**:

- ** SQL Proficiency**:

- Strong command of SQL for building and refining operational reports and dashboards.
- ** Data Wrangling & Cleansing**:

- Expertise in cleaning, transforming, and preparing datasets to ensure high quality and accuracy.
- ** Data Entry & Annotation**:

- Solid understanding of best data entry and annotation practices to ensure data is accurately categorized and labelled.
- ** Data Migration**:

- Proven ability to manage data migration projects with careful attention to validation and quality assurance throughout the transition.
- ** Operational ETL Processes**:

- Familiarity with ETL principles in an operational context to support data integration and preparation.
- ** Data Governance & Compliance**:

- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards, particularly as they relate to handling sensitive healthcare data.
- ** Data Visualization**:

- Experience using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) to generate actionable insights.
- ** Healthcare Expertise**:

- A solid understanding of healthcare data is an asset, especially regarding compliance and governance best practices.
- ** Leadership & Communication**:

- Ability to lead and inspire a team while collaborating effectively with product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Analytical Mindset**:

- Proven ability to extract insights from complex data sets and drive data-driven decision-making.
- ** Location**:

- This role is **onsite** and based in Egypt or Jordan.
