**Job Scope**:
OH operations support.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist in the private medical insurance operations:

- Insured members full data verification / documentations availability.
- Daily complaints record sheet.
- Tracking for MI representatives’ attendance
- Support in Global Cority system for the region: Creating reports, tracking utilization or any relevant activity.
- Keeping track of OH ordering supplies.
- PO creation for OH supplier quotations \ Financial follow up for the pending payments.
- Providing administrative support to the clinic team or projects as needed.
- Help the medical team in the data records if needed.
- Finalizing all internal affairs for the medical department.
- Assist in organizing events.

**Key Competencies & Skills - Standards of Leadership**

**Role requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any relevant major
- Years of experience : 1 to 2 years (mainly in administration and/or operations)
- Strong command of MS Officer
- Good English level
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for High Performance
