Aufgaben

The Corporate Project Administrator& BD Senior Specialist has various responsibilities, which includes
- Project Management: Project Administrator oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with a group of projects. Assist with project management duties which may include, planning and defining scope, resource planning, developing schedules, time estimation, cost estimating, developing a budget, monitor and report progress and project documentation.
- Business Development: Assists in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies and plans, which align with government laws, regulations and standards. Assists in Identifying potential areas of risk; engage respective departments and assist in developing and implementing process and systems for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general guidance to relevant stakeholders on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future through effective communication and training

Main tasks
Corporate Project Management Responsibilities
- Administer projects including, tracking projects, planning and coordinating project scheduling, updating project calendar, establishing and maintaining the project documentation library.
- Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Taking meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-ups.
- Follow related instructions and make sure that all related compliance regulations and guidelines are being followed
- Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management
- Prepare the required power point presentations in cooperation with projects managers / owners
- Have an effective role in all the company running projects in terms adherence with corporate standards and related policies
- Support change & innovation; challenges the status quo, effectively contribute in influencing others (all levels of the organization) to embrace change, overcomes change resistance and seeks out outstanding ideas and implements them

Business Development Responsibilities

- Perform research on various legal issues and document all researches to edit all government affair communications

Training and qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration field or a similar degree in the same area of responsibility from a reputable university

Experience
2 - 5 years of experience in related fields is required
Language
Fluency in the English language (German Language is a Plus)
