Progressio Solutions is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and production of various marketing and promotional materials like social media graphics. You will also help create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces and experiences for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Design and Tech teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the company's goals
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for websites, mobile apps, and other digital -products
- Assist in the production of digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing and digital products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma and/or Adobe XD
- Work with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of design templates, style guides, and other design assets
Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
