We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating animations and motion graphics to enhance our digital content. Your designs will play a key role in communicating ideas and messages across various platforms, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with our brand's vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for use in videos, advertisements, social media, websites, and more.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually appealing content that aligns with brand identity and project goals.
- Produce storyboards and visual concepts to bring creative ideas to life.
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to create animations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency across all visual content.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continually improve the quality of work.
- Deliver projects on time and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of design principles, animation, and typography.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
- Good communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback into designs.
- A portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Experience working in digital marketing or social media content creation is an advantage.
