- Own code end-to-end from design to development on Billing platforms.

- Ensure all products & services have the highest quality & best customer experience.
- Third-line support for handling live customer complaints in case it requires fix or enhancement.
- Communication with technical, business, finance and customer care stakeholders to agree on requirements and proposed design.
- Work collaboratively in Agile team to deliver business requirements.

- Detailed analysis of business requirements.

**Must have technical skills / qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
- From 0 to 4 years of experience in IT field
- Programming / scripting experience (Java, Perl, Python, Javascript)
- Good knowledge in computer networks.
