**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable management or debt collection.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
- Knowledge of legal regulations related to debt collection.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with collection software or systems
