Our client is a global leader in the production and marketing of natural ingredients, ingredient systems, and integrated solutions for the global food, beverage, and nutrition industry. **Role Overview**:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various functions.

In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you will also be involved in supporting broader HR functions, including training and development, performance management, and other HR support activities.
This dual focus ensures alignment between hiring strategies and overall organizational development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, provide job information, and conduct interviews with applicants.
- Track and support recruitment activities with HR-specific KPIs.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring the process is engaging, accurate, and followed correctly.
- Support other HR functions, including training and performance management.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Blue & White collar) or as an HR Generalist.
- Preferably with a background in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple recruitments simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork and collaborative capabilities, working effectively in a global team environment.
- Significant technical experience in the use of recruitment software and tools.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
