**About the Opportunity**:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. **Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Leadership**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the Interpretation Industry.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Utilise technical experience to enhance recruitment processes through innovative tools and methods.

**Skills: Essential Qualities for Success**:
**Team Management**- Provide training, coaching, and resources to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the recruitment team.- Monitor team progress through regular meetings and performance tracking.- Address performance opportunities by creating and reviewing action plans.- Coordinate with regional talent acquisition teams and report on team KPIs to management.
- ** Ensuring SLA Achievement**:
- Ensure that all open requisitions are handled within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Maintain clear communication with Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers to ensure progress and priority alignment.- Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activities and SLA fulfillment to management.
- ** Process Improvement**- Identify improvement opportunities in the current recruitment process and implement changes to streamline operations.- Monitor the impact of process changes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.

**Qualifications: What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proficient in using HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
