Robusta is a tech agency working with a diverse client base across different sectors & industries on implementing digital transformation programs. Engagements are typically focused on the digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.

**Position Overview**

The Events and PR Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and public relations activities for the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Events and PR Supervisor will work closely with various internal teams, external vendors, and media outlets to ensure the successful execution of events and PR campaigns.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop and implement comprehensive Events & PR strategies to promote our company's products, services, and brand image
- Set yearly events calendar which includes local and global events to be attended by the RTG team
- Approach local and international events to secure speaking opportunities for RTG & participate in top tech events
- Handle partnerships with events, summits & conferences while working with different RTG teams on event branding & material
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events such as product launches, conferences, trade shows, and seminars to showcase our company's offerings and thought leadership.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage and build positive media partnerships.
- Create press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages to the media and public.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals across all PR and event activities.

**Requirements**:
**What we need from you**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field; Master's degree preferred. ⁠
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in event management, public relations, or related roles, with demonstrated success in planning and executing events and PR campaigns.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ⁠
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives. ⁠
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop data-driven PR strategies and measure the impact of PR efforts.
