Manage and leases and maintain good tenant’s relations, review, understand and enforce lease terms, communicate with tenants to ensure prompt rental payment.
Handling the advertising material with marketing team per tenants.
Liaison between the tenants and Mall management team.
Liaison between the tenants and the different departments to ensure facilitation of work progress. Assist in tenant mix selection and site showing prior to the official opening of the mall
Act as a daily point of contract of tenants.
foster closer relationships between tenants and the management team.
Dissemination of information to the tenants on all operational matters
Ensure all tenants and key owners are aware of the standards, policies and services
Provide consultations to tenants on their business or operations needs
Evaluate tenants matters such as shop concept, image, merchandising, selling strategies and services.
Tenants performance management, and providing report performance metrics to the GM.
Communicate specific retail tenant information such as rent commencement dates, legal and physical handover, and design contractual agreements to the relevant real estate terms
