Maintenance Manager

Services Corp., a leader in power generation, compression and servicing industry is currently seeking a Maintenance

Manager to live and work in Cairo, Egypt for a minimum of 3 years, and up to 5 years.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and track preventative maintenance including engine exchanges, engine overhauls, vessel

inspections and turnarounds
- Ensure min/max inventory levels are maintained at all times for effective preventative maintenance
- Ensure there is an inventory of spare parts available and delivered on time for one off preventative maintenance

jobs
- Interpret data pulled from tracking software such as SAP and Oracle to determine and correct shortfalls
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders on work to be performed, changes required, job status, etc.
- Work closely with clients to develop maintenance schedules
- Provide direction, respond to questions and assist in increasing the overall caliber of knowledge and efficiency
- Quick response to and resolution of customer and technician needs
- Co-ordinate processes, people, and activities to ensure a profitable department
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
- Assist with the development of annual plans for the service department and measure performance against the

plan on a monthly basis
- Job Quoting
- Close jobs in a timely fashion and invoice on a regular basis
- Monthly and quarterly financial reports and budgeting for the department

**Experience and Education**:

- Degree from an accredited post secondary institution in engineering, business or related field of study
- Journeyman Certification in Heavy Equipment Technician (HET), Millwright, or similar field would be considered

an asset
- Extensive experience in a major industrial operating facility as Maintenance Manager/Planner
- Extensive experience tracking a large inventory of different equipment that requires regular scheduled

maintenance
- Extensive experience in the Gas Compression Industry
- Demonstrated ability to build & maintain strong customer relationships
- Project management experience
- Superior interpersonal and client relation skills
- An extremely high level of initiative and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Strong understanding of the parts, service and accounting departments and the integral role they play within the

inventory management system
- Quick problem solving and conflict resolution
- Competent in SAP or other tracking software
- Excellent supervisory skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- All other duties as assigned
