**Job Title**: Marketing and Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales consultant to join our team and drive our marketing and sales services to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and boost customer engagement.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities to improve the conversion rate and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products/services.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches and updates.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably as a consultant.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional in Arabic and English
