**Salary Benchmarking & Data Insights**:Provide hiring managers with up-to-date salary benchmarking and data-driven insights on market standards to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages.

**Market Data Delivery**: Regularly deliver regional market data on hiring trends, role-specific availability, and skill gaps across departments supported in Cairo.

**Market Mapping**:
Conduct in-depth market research to map potential talent across key industries, building a robust pipeline and keeping the team informed on competitive trends.

**Knowledge Sharing**:
**Who You Are**:

- Experienced in recruiting across Cairo, with a deep understanding of talent landscapes in Customer Service, Marketing,
- Strong in salary benchmarking and providing market insights to support informed hiring decisions.
- Passionate about knowledge sharing and best practices, with a collaborative approach to improving recruitment strategies.
- Flexible and self-motivated, able to work independently while engaging with the team in the Kuala Lumpur office once a week.
