**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to drive sales of our high-end camera and production equipment. This role is focused on acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic and expanding market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from our range of camera and production gear.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge to effectively highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with potential and existing clients to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events or meetings as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role; experience within the camera, electronics, or B2B sales industry is a significant plus.
- In-depth knowledge of camera systems, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural talent for building rapport and trust.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's own schedule effectively.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client availability, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Pay: E£6,000.00 - E£7,500.00 per month
