**Vacancy**:
We are hiring a Quality Control Supervisor to dedicated for Raw and Packaging Materials as per the following details:
**Location **:New Cairo
**Reporting**:QC Raw Material Section Head
**Grade**:qC01/qC02
**Job Purpose**:
The QC Raw and Packaging Materials Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of all packaging and raw materials analysis to ensure adherence to all SOPs, cGMPs, and safety requirements

**A.Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Routine management of the QC Raw Material Team in terms of operational control and resource planning in raw materials and water testing
- Provide guidance, support and technical expertise to the QC Raw Material Specialists to ensure that testing are completed and performed as per stipulated turnaround time and meeting the applicable regulatory and related prevailing standards
- Lead the QC Raw Material Team to improve safety performance and in driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Supervise QC personnel in troubleshooting lab equipment failure used in the QC Raw Material Laboratory
- Initiate/drive invalid results and laboratory deviations investigation; provide guidance to QC personnel in laboratory investigations related to materials and water samples
- Supervise and review preparation and ascertain of all volumetric solutions. Supervise and review monitoring of reagents and chemicals for expiration or deterioration
- Schedule tasks and activities for direct reports to meet timelines
- Participate and provide support in internal and external audit
- Ensure a safe working environment and QC Raw Materials Laboratory complies with all site EHS requirements
- Commitment to a fair and respectful relationship to others and behavior in accordance with MultiCare’s Code of Conduct
- Resource Planning to ensure sufficient resources are available to support the manufacturing activities in raw materials testing in order to meet site’s objectives
- Any other duties as assigned by designated Line Managers

**B. Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Pharmacy, etc)
- Good knowledge and experience with raw material testings, GMP laboratory operations for common pharmacopoeia testing methods and equipment (eg. wet chemistry, gas chromatography, residual solvents, etc)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft Access skills a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment, in which at least 1 year is in a supervisory role
