**About Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Database Architect to join the team that creates new complex solutions for government clients from the Middle East.

**Your impact**:

- Design scalable, high-performance database architectures
- Define and enforce database architecture standards and best practices
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration
- Lead database design, including schema design, indexing, and partitioning
- Optimize database performance through tuning and query optimization
- Implement security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
- Oversee data migrations, ETL processes, and data pipelines
- Ensure data governance, quality, and integrity
- Stay updated on emerging database technologies and trends
- Provide technical leadership and documentation for architecture solutions

**Requirements**:
**We are looking for someone who has**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Database Architect or similar role
- Expertise in database technologies (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, NoSQL)
- Strong experience in database design, optimization, and architecture
- Proficiency in security, backup, and disaster recovery for databases
- Experience with cloud-based databases (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and clustering/replication
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Certifications (AWS, Oracle) are a plus
