To ensure that SME/SOHO Acquisition channel is meeting customer excellence standards while Create a visible step change versus our competition to gain market share.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Manage a team of 4 agents to work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solution and accounts targets
- Managing and distribution Sales according to Territory to maximize opportunities and capture market share as to increase sales YOY
- Manage Stake holder “Marketing /Activation /any at assigned Task or Project & Spotting and encouraging innovative ideas at teams
- Minimizing and resolving complaints while train 93% Quality sales M3, 85 M6 and max 7% no network also Training and developing teams to represent and drive Vodafone Digital strategy

**Required Criteria**:

- Excellent sales skills & Problem solving
- Reporting, Time management. & presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership, Negotiation and communication skills.
- Full awareness about retail structure and related functions
- Results oriented, self-disciplined and organized.
- Fluent spoken & written English language.
