Oversee IT Department: Responsible for managing the company’s IT department. Almost every task that IT department personnel engage in, from performing routine system updates to installing entirely new elements, will need to be monitored and guided by the IT Infrastructure Manager.
- Implement IT Polices, Processes and Procedures
- Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
- Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
- Vendor management: Working with external vendors to support hardware and software. The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for establishing strong partnerships with those vendors to set clear expectations. This includes:

- Establishing service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensuring contracts are in place to support the services provided by the infrastructure team
- Develop Strategies: Select the right technology that enables the organization to move forward.
- Evaluate the IT department as a component of the company. Then collaborate with colleagues and department heads in order to develop strategies that will help the IT department better align itself with the company’s overall financial and corporate strategy.
- Monitoring all the systems and make sure they up and running, bring visibility into work that happens ‘behind the scenes’ through this monitoring and reporting.
- Ensuring the right software and tools are in place to manage the infrastructure.
- Manage cloud-based solutions as part of the infrastructure toolkit and leverage its benefits to deliver a competitive advantage for the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Computer Engineering.
- Years of experience: 10-15 years.
- Experience in Microsoft Servers, Cloud Services, Computer Systems, Security, Network & System Administration Systems, Data Storage and Phone Systems.
