Job Description

We are looking for a chef with proven previous experience in a restaurant or hotel. We are a water sports complex located in El Gouna, Red Sea, serving international cuisine. A Key Responsibilities are as follows:

- Provide the highest food quality consistent with cost control and profitability margins to maximize guest satisfaction and food profitability
- Ensures that proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are followed
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards - Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
- Supervise kitchen staff activities
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

**Skills**:
Minimum experience as a chef 4 years. The ability to speak intermediate English is required. Managerial skills are a plus

**Salary**: E£7,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hurghada: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
