Job title: Senior Business intelligence analyst

Purpose of the job

Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the DW and business intelligence and reporting all development functionalities using all available extracting, reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Document all reporting changes and modifications and all development activities.
- Monitor queries performance and outputs quality and sustain quality throughout all activities.
- Ensure deadlines for delivering input for internal and external reports are always respected.
- Ensure dispatching all reports and/or queries result to their distribution list.
- Support business domains when they receive the access to run their reports directly from the DWH and/or BSCS reporting Server.
- Sustain an acceptable response to user reporting requirements (Reports, data extraction)
- Update constantly DWH and information systems skills, experience and competencies.
- Develop required reports and presentation interfaces for The company information systems.
- Respond to information requirements and business needs following procedures and workflow and enforce their usage. Automate information and reporting processes.
- Responsible for testing the performance of any developed module (extraction, scripting, reports...)

Job specification

Education
- B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent experience

Experience.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in information systems and business intelligence
- Have a deep understanding of various data modeling methodologies, design patterns and design principles in data warehousing.
- Hands on experience tableau / Power BI development
- Work experience in Software development/ telecommunication environment is a plus.

Skills and abilities
- Experience with Data collection, Reporting tools and technologies in SQL, and Advanced Excel
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Awareness of end-to-end DWH lifecycle
- Strong Programming and scripting skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- High aptitude for research and development.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a team
