**Role**: Lead Product Designer (IC-first)

**Location**: Egypt (Remote optional)

**About the Role**:
AirNxt is rebuilding aviation’s digital backbone. We’re replacing outdated ERP systems with a fast, intuitive platform that helps engineers, planners, and pilots operate more efficiently, with zero training, real-time clarity, and uncompromising safety.

As Lead Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of core UX/UI across mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of product, design systems, and engineering, designing mission-critical workflows that move fast but stay clear.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy IC role. You’ll design to ship, fast, clean, and user-ready.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead end-to-end design for ongoing products.
- Evolve our Figma design system and ensure clean, scalable usage
- Partner tightly with engineering and product for weekly sprint delivery
- Document edge cases, states, and handoffs clearly
- Set the standard for design QA and implementation fidelity

**What You Bring**:

- 4-7 years designing **B2B SaaS** or **workflow-heavy tools** (logistics, ops, or compliance is a plus)
- Mastery of **Figma** systems (variants, tokens, documentation)
- Strong product thinking, you simplify complex workflows without oversimplifying reality
- Fast iteration mindset, you ask the right questions, test, and move
- Bonus: experience in aviation, maintenance, or regulated industries
