**Junior Accountant (Fresh Graduate)**

**Job Title**: Junior Accountant
**Department**: Finance
**Reports to**: Chief Accountant / Finance Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the finance department in day-to-day accounting activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in bookkeeping and data entry for accounts payable/receivable.
- Help in preparing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Support monthly closing processes and financial reporting.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduate (0-1 year of experience).
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and integrity.

Pay: From E£7,500.00 per month
