**Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities**:
**As Sales Manager you are accountable for managing and growing the portfolio of Accounts of your country by providing premium care via efficient human and digital coverage. You lead and steer the Sales team (KA & OC) towards maximising the volumes, executing the Game Plan, and strategy and monitor the delivery of overall budgets as defined by Trade and Company Account plans.**
- **Revenue Management and Digitalization/web channels.**:

- **Guides, coaches, and instructs EG Sales forces.**:

- **Work directly with sales team in Cairo and Alexandria offices to manage and grow the Key and ONECare customers.**:

- **Manage the daily performance and outputs of the sales team.**:

- **Strong recognised relationship with the market focal BCOs & NVos for Business & communication improvement.****:

- **Work daily with the local EG space, port ops, equipment control, finance, and CS teams to manage bookings and customers effectively.**:

- **Support and work with the Head of Sales to develop skills of the sales team.**:

- **Manage daily progress of EG local strategies, processes and procedures with CS and OPS teams.**:

- **Monitor regularly with the local space control team, country booking vs vessel allocations, targets, and budget to make sure EG targets are met.**:

- **Responsible for all data / customer details / Sales tasks are updated in Salesforce.**:

- **Accompany sales team for F2F meeting and closely monitor calls / events / tasks & opportunities in addition to trade direction and regular update to Head of Sales.**:

- **Develop the special equipment segment for ONE Inbound & Outbound and to penetrate this market specially and not only limited to the project cargoes but also for SMEs working in this market.**:

- **Be the First point of escalation for the sales team.**

**Required Skills and competencies**:

- **A minimum of 10 years of work experience in a management and leadership position**:

- **At least 5 years of experience in a strategic Sales position.**:

- **Broad Shipping knowledge, analytical & strategic skills, strong communicator with influencing skills, Inspiring personality, very good economical know how & understanding.**:
