Capita Technologies is currently looking for an Oracle EBS Finance Consultant to be based in Oman. The primary function of the Oracle EBS Finance Consultant role is to effectively deliver/implement Oracle Finance modules of Oracle ERP, to provide an integrated information system solution to the Businesses. Location: Oman Experience: Minimum 8+ years Language : Arabic speaking & English speaking **Responsibilities**: - Deliver Oracle Finance Project Implementation and Consultancy Services - Plan Project Schedule and Deliverables. - Analyze and document customers’ business requirement. - Identify, evaluate, and propose Finance Solutions to customers. - Setup and Configure Finance Solutions based on customers’ requirements. - Assist in System Integration, Programs Testing, and Customize Reports. - Conduct Software Training and Coaching. - Work with team members and ecosystem partners in delivering solutions. - Participate in competency and practice-building activities and internal trainings. - Provide post-implementation services - Support sales and proposal development in mapping standard product functionality to business requirements, identifying solution gaps, and proposing relevant customizations or extensions. - Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, including Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation. - Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlining / reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment. - Consult offshore and/or onsite with internal/external clients on business requirements to provide support. - Provides integrated systems planning and recommends new or different solutions that will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals. - Drives business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP and related information systems best practice deployment. - Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the delivery of quality deliverables. - Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live". - Develop and document know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle ERP. - Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his / her direct manager. **Qualification and skills**: - Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA). - Minimum 2 cycles of project implementation experience. - Experience with other Finance systems such as SAP would be a plus. - Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Finance systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good verbal and written communication in English. **Experience**: - Oracle EBS Finance Consultant: 8 years (required) **Language**: - Arabic and English (required)
