- Answers phone calls from our international customers in a polite manner insuring customer confidence and sorting customer’s quieries at the first call.
- Provide value added services based on the needs analysis
- Deliver promises in line with standards and customer's expectations
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Increase customer loyalty
- Take ownership and sort out issues

**Requirements**:

- University graduate
- Proficient in English language (C1/C2)
- Flexible with shifts
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and friendly
- Patient
