**Role Objective**:
The role is responsible for managing our social media platforms via comments, messages, and engaging with relatable content on other pages, brands, groups, and influencers.
- Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Website, WhatsApp, and additional channels.
- Manage and monitor consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all feedback, comments, messages, reviews and visitors posts.
- Generating leads to help the sales team.
- Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team
- Assisting in generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (original text, images, and videos) that builds customer engagement.
- Creating and provoking conversations to encourage the community to engage
