Python Technical Project Lead

We Are Hiring We are looking to hire "Python Technical Project Lead" with below roles and responsibilities: **Duties & Responsibilities**: - 30% of your Time will be for: - Receive, review, and accept project scope of work from the customer. Protects project scope and effectively manages change requests. - Coordinates project activities and schedules and prioritizes features and tasks. - Act as main technical and managerial point of contact - Communicates relevant project information to including risks, business opportunities, and status reports. - Responsible for managing project team including assigning and releasing team members, giving appropriate feedback (positive and constructive), providing high-level technical guidance, and coordinating, following up, and assigning tasks. - Approve of the design specifications and project architecture - Responsible for review and sign-off for functional and technical specifications, monitoring deliverables vs. specifications, and providing needed corrective actions. - Identify, resolve, and/or escalate issues (including delivery) in a timely manner and provides constructive suggestions for improvements. - Track, audit, and review team project schedule and progress on daily basis - Motivate the team while successfully delivering high-quality projects on-time. - Other 70% - Writing scalable code using Python programming language. - Developing back-end components. - Integrating user-facing elements using server-side logic. - Assessing and prioritizing client feature requests. - Integrating team output into the project solution and packages - Coaching and guiding technical team for best practices, standards, & appropriate design patterns. - Participate in the analysis of new functional requirement and systems. - Building solution architecture in collaboration with the team. **Requirements**: - 9+ years of experience in software engineering - Worked as a Python Lead Software Engineer for 2 years - 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership of cross-functional teams. - Hands on Experience with software architecture and Agile methodologies. - Understand best practices and able to challenge others in Code review, Unit, Integration and Automation testing. - Able to work with DevOps tools like CI/CD, Source control, Docker and Kubernetes (k8s). - 3-5 years of experience as a Python developer & R - Expert knowledge of Python and related frameworks including Django and Flask. - A deep understanding and multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python - Good knowledge in Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Gensim - Excellent understanding of OOP, n-tier architecture and design patterns. - Good Knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript Familiarity with React & Angular - Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud development is a plus. - Experience with consuming REST APIs/JSON - Have experience working with Cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. - Very good analytical and creative problem-solving skills. - Self-Learner while keeping an eye for any changes in the software development trends. - Strong client engagement as this role requires constant interactions with our US Clients. - Strong leadership skills with background in managing teams of developers, tester and other roles. - Ability to plan ahead by providing risk management scenario and thinking outside of the box for any issues that may arise. - Able to correctly identify team capabilities and assign project objective to reach a successful outcome. - Able to assist and provide training his team on the concept of software design especially design patterns and solid principal. **Benefits** - Salary paid in USD - Six-month career advancing opportunities - Employee parking space - Supportive and friendly work environment - Premium medical insurance [employee +family] - English language development courses - Interest-free loans paid over 2.5 years - Technical development courses - Planned overtime program (POP) - Employment referral program - Premium location in Maadi & Nasr City - Social insurance - Opportunity to travel and work onsite with U.S. customers - In-house Technical and English training programs - Dedicated learning time (check out our 4Plus1 Program) - Flexible work schedules - Perks: events, sponsored lunch, game area, rooftop hangout + more
