**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities
- **Oversee the entire software product lifecycle**, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous iteration and improvement.
- **Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis** to identify emerging opportunities, user pain points, and potential threats in the digital mortgage landscape.
- **Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams** to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- **Craft precise, high-quality user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria** that clearly articulate customer needs and align with technical capabilities.
- **Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs)**, analyzing data to make informed decisions and optimize user experience and engagement.
- **Drive product innovation** by identifying new technologies and industry trends that can enhance the platform's capabilities and user value.
- **Prepare comprehensive product performance reports** and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- **Direct Collaboration with Engineering Teams**: Work directly with engineering and design teams to translate business needs and user stories into technical specifications and impactful solutions.
- **Requirements Gathering**: Lead the process of gathering and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams.
- **Dependency Mapping and Impact Analysis**: Analyze and map dependencies between product components and other systems, and perform impact analysis to manage risks and plan product development effectively.
- **Go-to-Market Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, including launch plans, pricing, and positioning.
- **Performance Monitoring and Analytics**: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, user engagement, and financial outcomes, using these insights to drive product improvements.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all new and existing financial products and features comply with relevant local and international financial regulations, including those from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

Qualifications & Experience
- At least **4 years of experience in product leadership** within the fintech sector.
- **Strong knowledge of the Saudi mortgage market**, including SAMA regulations and Shariah-compliant finance/lending processes.
- Proven experience in **launching a digital or fintech-based product specifically in the Saudi market**.
- A solid understanding of the **financial ecosystem** within the banking and lending sectors.
- Proven expertise in **leading the development and launch of complex software products**, preferably within fintech or a related domain.
- Exceptional ability to translate high-level business requirements into **detailed technical specifications and user stories**.
- Outstanding skill in **crafting professional user stories** and managing product backlogs in an agile environment.
- Advanced knowledge of **software development methodologies** (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools.
- Strong familiarity with **user experience (UX) principles** and A/B testing best practices.
- Experience with **data analytics tools** and a data-driven approach to product development.
- **Highly preferred**: Certifications in Agile Product Management (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM) or Product Management (e.g., PMP, Pragmatic Marketing).
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
