**Role purpose**:
We want to deliver the best service experience to our Global and local customers using Vodafone Business products.
This is done through agile rollout of our minimum viable service and continually rolling out and enabling our digital capabilities with each program increment.

Product Delivery Manager forms part of the Customer Future Operations Agile tribes within the Vodafone Business Commercil & DigiSales team. The role works with Product Practice, Service Design, Release trains and Process incubation teams to design and deliver operationally all VB products sold across all portfolios.

The role services to VB Service operations, local and Partner markets - including rolling out MVS (minimum viable service) of new products developed, their corresponding iterations and features.
Including approving SDP (Service Design Pack) and running CSI (continual service improvements) for existing products and services. Vendor/ Partner onboarding is also a part of that role meaning that every local Market EBU should be setup on the VB Hub SNOW

The outcome of a successful enablement includes product system setup on our SNOW Hub platforms and enabling all integrations with vendor, OpCo or resolving team platforms and passing all our readiness tests.
The role is also responsible for Knowledge Management of Product ways of works for service teams ; including customer setup, ITIL practices (Incident, request, problem, change and major incident, Service level management) vendor/partner management and escalation routes.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Work with the Product practice team, and Service Design in order to define the target service operation for our customers
- Maintain a centralised view of the Vodafone Business Product Taxonomy and Target Operating Model in line with this.
- Acting as a Consultant with New Product Development to ensure timelines and project deliverables are defined and match the POM (product operating amodel and service operations
- Working Closely with Release train and agile teams to ensure KT, delivery and testing of new features
- Deliver all product builds, integrations, testing and handover into Service operations

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Strong experience working within a SAFe/agile environment

SAFe 5 Agilist certification or equivalent is a must
- ITIL 4 certified
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- Experience with Jira, Confluence ,Jira Align (AgileCraft) or other similar platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder management skillset.

**Technical Skills**:

- Computer Science degree and /or 4+ years of experience in an agile environment driving agile practices
- 2+ years of product or project management experience
